By Resolution No.509 of 10 November 2021, the Financial Regulatory Commission provided a license to “Sod asset management” LLC to conduct investment management activities. The company’s key strategy is to establish an investment fund and manage a diverse range of funds in accordance with Securities Market Law, Investment Fund Law, and the applicable rules and regulations.

Company history

2021

Sod asset management LLC was established to conduct investment management activities

2022

Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia registered the documents and granted permission to establish Sod allocation fund by its Resolution No. 211, dated May 11, 2022

2022

The founding meeting of Sod allocation fund LLC was organized and registered as a legal entity.

2022

Sod asset management formally became a member of Mongolian Association of Securities Dealers which consolidate total of 71 members including stock exchange, securities clearing company, central securities deporitory, securities dealers companies, asset management companies.

2023

Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia registered the documents and granted permission to establish Sod equity fund by its Resolution No. 184, dated June 02, 2023
